Rules and Regulations
- Booking reservations shall be made at least two (2) days prior to the intended date of use. Reservations must be paid in full at least two (2) days prior to the date reserved. An email confirmation shall be sent to the registered email address. Booking reservations shall be made at https://wgi.oha.mybluehost.me/shop/.
- Online bookings with unsuccessful payment transactions will not be considered confirmed or reserved.

- Rules, rates and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
- Users will need to provide proof of reservation to the security guard during their scheduled use of the court. Users and guests’ valid ID must be presented prior to entering the facility.
- Extensions of court use are subject to applicable rates and court availability. Players should inform the security guard and check the availability thirty (30) minutes prior to their end time.
- Rescheduling of reservation is not allowed except only in cases of force majeure. Force Majeure shall refer to acts of God, flood, typhoons, fire, earthquake or explosion, terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, order of competent government authority or similar events. Should any of these conditions affect your scheduled booking, we will be happy to assist you in moving it to another available date and time.
8. All rescheduling requests must be made at least one (1) day prior to your scheduled booking. Same-day rescheduling will not be accommodated except under exceptional circumstances.
9. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We recommend contacting us early to secure your preferred new date/time. The new date should carry the same rate as the originally confirmed booking. Any cost discrepancy between the original and rescheduled booking must be settled accordingly.
10. Only one (1) reschedule per booking is allowed. Multiple changes shall not be accommodated.
11. Reduction of reserved time is only permitted in cases of force majeure or severe weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to proceed, and is subject to management’s discretion.
12. Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
13. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (without valid reason) shall result in forfeiture of the full amount of booking fee.
COURT AND FACILITY RULES AND REGULATIONS
- To ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable environment, everyone, including Players/Users of Bounce at Parqal Courts and their companions are expected to observe proper, responsible and respectful behavior on the premises at all times.
2. Players must arrive Fifteen (15) minutes before the reserved schedule but must not interfere with an ongoing activity, if there is one. The time reserved already includes ingress/preparation (warmups, outfit changes, etc) and egress/clean-up (cool down, outfit change, etc).
3. Players must observe strict compliance with the proper attire such as dri-fit/jersey shirts, sport/jersey/athletic shorts, and clean rubber soled shoes. Football shoes with metal studs are not permitted. Playing barefoot or in slippers/sandals/boots is strictly prohibited. Kindly remove any dirt or sand from your shoes prior to entering the facility.
4. Application of shoe anti-slip grip enhancer is strictly prohibited.
5. Players are required to bring their own sports equipment or items when using the facility. This includes items such as basketballs, volleyballs, footballs, rackets and similar sports equipment. Please note that bringing any other sports equipment not intended for the court is prohibited.
6. Game officials and referees are not provided but can be brought in by players at their own expense. The same officials are to wear proper attire and observe proper decorum.
7. Players/Users are responsible for the proper use and care of all equipment and facilities. Damages to any of the equipment and facility shall be charged to the client and player(s) involved.
8. If there are any issues with the facility equipment (e.g. torn or entangled nets, etc.), players are to seek assistance from staff members to fix the same.
9. Bringing and using any equipment which requires consumption of electricity (e.g. audio visual equipment, speakers, water dispensers etc.) within the Court shall be subject to approval by the management. Speakers may be allowed provided the volume is properly controlled and does not disrupt other court users. All related costs shall be charged to the requesting party.
10. The playing area/s shall at all times be free from any litter or obstruction, (e.g. towel, clothing, bag, water bottle, etc.)
11. Management shall not be held liable for unattended valuables, personal property loss, damages or injuries suffered by any person arising from activities occurring at any time prior, during or after the use of the facility.
12. Smoking, vaping, gambling, spitting, littering or any form of vandalism or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Respectful and sportsmanlike conduct is expected at all times—both towards staff, fellow players and spectators.
13. Prohibited drugs and firearms are strictly not allowed inside the premises. Any person under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused entry or be asked to leave the premises.
14. Food, gum and alcoholic beverages are prohibited inside the facility except water and sports drink/bar. Beverages such as bottled water, energy drinks, etc. to be consumed during the stay must be in a secured spill proof container.
15. Clean as you go.
16. Children and Minors must be under adult or parental supervision at all times while inside the facility.
17. Pets are welcome but must be on a leash and wear diapers when inside the premises.
18. Bounce at Parqal has a dedicated team of security personnel stationed on-site to monitor activities and ensure the safety of the players and guests within the premises. In cases of medical emergencies, our Fire Life and Safety Inspector team can provide initial medical assistance to injured players with emergency vehicle available for transport to the nearest hospital.
The Management reserves the right to enforce these rules and regulations at all times to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all users.
SHOWER AND LOCKER FACILITY USAGE
- Shower areas are available for use by the players subject to applicable rates and availability.
2. Users are expected to dispose of trash in the designated bins.
3. Lockers are provided but subject to applicable rates and availability.
4. Users are responsible for their personal belongings. Do not store valuables (such as cash, jewelry, electronics in lockers). The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Store only appropriate items (clothing, bags, sports equipment, etc.) Hazardous, perishable or flammable items are strictly prohibited.
6. Players are not permitted to keep their belongings in the lockers beyond the designated time frame. Long term storage is prohibited. Any personal items left in lockers overnight will be removed.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which help us maintain a smooth and fair booking system for all our patrons.
